After completing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you’ll get another email with tracking information, including a tracking number and link. We’ll also notify you when your order is delivered.
Shipping Carrier
We use FedEx for all deliveries, ensuring your order arrives safely and on time. All orders placed with Touchpointgolfcart include free shipping.
Shipping Cost
We offer Free shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. via FedEx, so there are no extra costs for delivery.

Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, here’s what you should do:

If your package is confirmed lost, please reach out to us with your order number. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund—whichever you prefer.
